Alisa Moffett is a natural born creative, designing spaces at the early age of 12 when her parents were building their first custom home in Bakersfield, California. Visiting the jobsite nearly every day was an invaluable learning experience that played a large part in laying the foundation for her career. After much pleading Alisa’s mother let her design her own bathroom. She carefully selected white porcelain tile, gray grout and a pale pink flower tile as the accent; needless to say not a popular color palette at the time.

Alisa has lived in India as well as traveled to Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Thailand and throughout Europe. Her journeys abroad have been influential in her design and can be seen through the textiles, patterns and architectural details she chooses. Upon returning from India, Alisa worked for DR Horton at their Costa Mesa design showroom and completed her certificate program at the Interior Design Institute of Newport Beach. She opened her own firm in 2008 and currently runs operations out of her Naples Island studio. Alisa loves the eclectic diversity of Long Beach.
